Mission Possible Kids

MPKids Brooke, John, and William held a 2 on 2 basketball play off last Friday while the kiddos were out of school for teacher in-service.  There were well over 50 kids who showed up to help support Nothing But Nets!  $350 was raised to help purchase insecticide treated bed nets for people in Africa, where malaria is spread by the bite of a mosquito.  WAY TO GO!

Mission Possible Kids: 1st Mission Complete!

Busy Bags are activity kits that are very helpful to advacocy groups, shelters...basically anywhere children are received on a moment's notice.  These bags help children feel welcome and keep them occupied, enabling adults to tend to the emergency at hand.  Our MPKids made 262 bags!  That is approximately 600 lives touched when you factor in the child, at least one or more adult and probable siblings! WOW!  Way to go MPKids
